This workshop reviews the research on women's struggles in leadership and suggests ways we can change the culture into a positive development.

ALISON WILKINSON is a part-time Methodist minister in Durham and Deerness Valley, where she has pastoral charge of two churches. She recently finished her Ph.D. in Christian Formation, assessing how women are formed in their discipleship and leadership. Alison has a master's degree in theology and a second master's degree in education. She has been a teacher and a regional training officer for the Methodist Church. She is married to David and has two children.
