This workshop offers in-depth analyses of relevant Scriptural passages, considering them in the light of their wider context and asking questions such as: How does Greek grammar describe mixed gender groups of disciples, brothers, elders? What Biblical evidence is there for women in leadership? Do we know the names of any Ephesian elders? Was the Joanna in Luke's Gospel the same person as Junia the apostle in Rome?
