	CARRIE A. MILES (Ph.D., University of Chicago) works as an organizational psychologist and consultant in Fairfax, Virginia. She is the executive officer for the Association of Religion, Economics, and Culture and senior research fellow of the Consortium for the Economic Study of Religion at George Mason University.
	LAURENCE R. IANNACCONE (Ph.D., University of Chicago) is Koch Professor of Economics at George Mason University. Prior to joining George Mason University faculty in 2002, he was Professor of Economics at Santa Clara University and had served as a National Fellow and Visiting Scholar at Stanford's Hoover Institution.
